Founder & Coach of ELV8 Coaching - a leadership and mental performance coaching practice built to help athletes, coaches, and high-performing professionals develop self-trust, strengthen their leadership mindset, and elevate to the next level on and off the field. My approach is rooted in one guiding principle: Coach the person, not the problem because problems, roles, and pressure will always change, but when YOU are equipped with the right mindset, tools, and perspective, you’re prepared for whatever comes next, without becoming dependent on coaching.
